There are no explicit administrative functions that managers can access. However, any user who creates a group in GCconnex or is designated as a group operator will have administrative privileges for that group including content options, membership, and visibility. Managers can create a group and acquire these privileges.
As a group owner, you can set the default content access level to be open to all users or only available to group members. While moderation issues are rare, group owners can also manage content within a group setting.
