GCwiki is a public-facing wiki hosted by the Government of Canada to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing with external partners. Wikis are designed to be collaborative. Any member of the GCwiki can create and edit articles. The collaborative nature of wikis creates content which can be continually edited and enhanced.
On GCwiki, you can create pages using MediaWiki for many purposes including:
- To prepare for implementation of new legislation and policies
- To communicate relevant news
- To seek input on new policies and instruments
- To provide information on recruitment mechanisms for students
Almost any type of activity that requires the sharing, use and collaborative development of information can be supported by the Wiki. Find a use that best meets your professional needs!
