Note: this function is only available to the group owner and group operators.


Group owner and operators can send messages to all members of a group. The message will go to their Outlook inbox.

  1. In the group you own or operate, find and click Settings
  2.  Click Email Membersemail members option under the settings menu
  3.  Click Select individual members (if you are sending an email to only certain individuals) or All members 
  4.  Enter the Subject
  5.  Click Embed content to include an attachment (optional)
  6.  Click Send
