Note: this function is only available to the group owner and group operators.
Group owner and operators can send messages to all members of a group. The message will go to their Outlook inbox.
- In the group you own or operate, find and click Settings
- Click Email Members
- Click Select individual members (if you are sending an email to only certain individuals) or All members
- Enter the Subject
- Click Embed content to include an attachment (optional)
- Click Send
