Each individual employee is responsible for what she or he posts. If the post were to be inappropriate or violate the terms and conditions of use of the GCTools a group administrator would not be held responsible.
However, good practice for group administrators is to actively moderate and monitor comments and activity within your group. You are also free to have your own rules of engagement for any group that you administer.
