Our department already has SharePoint (or another collaboration tool). Should we still use the GCTools?

Yes! Sometimes the departmental tools will be the right tools, sometimes the GCTools will be the appropriate tools. It all depends on what you are doing and who you are trying to reach.

Departmental collaboration tools do not allow for interdepartmental collaboration. The GCTools are free for departments to use and are the only tools available to share information and collaboration with federal government employees across all public service, in all regions.
